1. Introduction

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your payment card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds
